This was one of 5 PNE figures I did for the same guy. He chose an excellent lookalike figure!

The difference about this figure (other than the fact that I still love Beckford from his time at Leeds!!)

was the 'feedback'. 

I've had Tweets before, but look at these pictures!

I love how pleased he looks!! And that he's showing all his team mates!

Hughes, Celtic

Here's the last of the (relatively speaking) more modern Celtic repaints you'll be seeing here for a while!

I've got a whole bunch of 60s and 70s ones coming up, so keep your eyes peeled, Celtic fans!

Anyway, this 1990s away kit is relatively tame by Celtic standards; just have a look through some of these, and you'll know what I mean.

I painted this once before, on a Grant figure. At that time I described it as "not overly difficult, but enough to be an interesting challenge to paint". Still a fair assessment, I'd say!

Berbatov, Ledley King Testimonial

I've done a Ledley King Testimonial kit repaint before (Click here to see it) but this time it was requested on a Berbatov figure:

Like the king repaint, this one was pretty detailed!

One thing I have since noticed though... maybe I should have given Berba some flecks of grey in his hair!

Haaland, Leeds away

This is a figure that I painted ages ago! 

Due to trying to vary the order of the teams for my blog posts, I have quite a backlog of Leeds and Spurs pictures saved to my laptop! 

And then, because I don't want to post pics twice, and can't be bothered checking, they end up waiting even longer!

Anyway, this was a nice kit to paint, and definitely turned out a lot better than the first time I painted it on an old Wetherall figure. (To be honest, that was one of my first 'complicated' kits, and very early on!)

Maybe I like it even more as this was a favourite kit of mine as a child!

Charlton Villa, Vivid Imaginations figures part 1!

I'm on a roll with the Vivid Imaginations figures!

One of my regulars asked me to do a Sheringham in a Spurs kit for him, and someone else saw it and asked me about them.

I said I was happy to use them as 'lookalikes' and the rest is history!

I must have painted half the guys he's played Sunday League with!!
