Leeds 93-95 Tonkas

One guy has been Chronicling the kits worn through his entire time as a Leeds fan, on Tonka figures, and I've got to say, they have been some of my favourite repaints- especially these ones, which are among the first from my childhood.

Here we have 1993-95 home, and the two away kits worn over those 2 seasons:

Djiby Fall, Cincinnati

A rare order from the US!!

Here is FC Cincinnati's Djiby Fall, using a lookalike figure... guess who!! 

Complete with Nike boots, and, as requested the nike logo on the shirt and shorts.

Loftus-Cheek, Palace

This was another Christmas present!

There aren't any Prostar figures of Loftus-Cheek, so with input from the guy that wanted it, I chose a lookalike, and repainted it as RL-C, including changing the name on the base.

Arsenal 98-99

A couple of Arsenal figures.

Being as they are in the same kit, I thought I'd put them in the same blog post:

For those of you that notice this kind of thing; these are remodels. I didn't do them myself- the guy that wanted the repaints sent them to me like this.

I think I am right in saying that Bergkamp sculpt was never produced in this kit, while the Overmars that Corinthian produced in this kit had a different body pose.

Woodham Victoria

Here are a couple of Christmas Presents that I did!

Someone contacted me with 2 'lookalike figures' he had identified himself, and asked if I could paint them as 2 of his mates in their park team kits.

He sent me pictures, and chose the names, shirt numbers, boot colour and names for the bases.
